Diluting Rosemary Oil:
You should dilute rosemary oil with a carrier oil like jojoba oil. Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil with an appropriate amount of jojoba oil. Start by diluting 1-2 drops of rosemary oil per teaspoon of jojoba oil.
Sensitivity Test:
Before using the mixture of the rosemary and the carrier oil on your skin, apply a small amount to a small area of your skin and wait for one hour. If there are no negative reactions, you can use the mixture safely.
Using the Mixture:
After diluting rosemary oil and performing the sensitivity test, gently apply the mixture to your skin. Use it for massaging your scalp, skin, or other areas of the body as needed.

Note on Concentration:
